ARMFest  stands for African Reggae Music Festival and is the result of a collaborative effort of four people to bring the joy of African and Reggae music to the public at large in an atmosphere that is open, cheerful, happy and easy on the soul. The Queensland music scene is not fully exposed to all that Africa and the Carribean generally has to offer- but those who have can testify to the liberating nature of the pulsating rythms of the African drums and guitar, the melodies in differing languages and the gyrations of the dance. Right from the South to the North , East to West  , the African continent is one hive of Music that soothes the soul and rejuvenates the body and mind to possibilities in spite of the hardships of daily living. You will suspend  your troubles for the duration of the festival which we are hopeful will grow as the years pass by- will you come and be part of this day- we hope so.
